We are looking for a world class PM to drive product innovation, take exceptional products & features to market, and coordinate our product development cycle alongside our talented team of engineers and designers.
In this role you will:
- Drive the strategy, tactics, and delivery timelines for your product area
- Develop innovative features and products, while creating specs and communicating their value to the larger team
- Inspire your cross-functional peers in engineering and product design to ship exceptional features and content
- Groom and shape the product roadmap with peers and company leadership
- Influence and present strategy and roadmap elements to leadership and peers on a frequent basis
- Continuously mine customer feedback to incorporate into builds
- Routinely diagnose and deconstruct competitor features and products
- Evaluate live features and iterate utilizing data and judgment
- 4+ years relevant experience at either a fast-paced startup or an at-scale tech company
- Has managed a team and displayed a proven ability to create product specs, launch innovative features, and interpret data to constantly improve existing products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and resourceful in getting the job done
- Extraordinary ability to interpret and apply data insights
