This is a rare opportunity to take a main part of building our Valorant training platform. We have set the goal of changing the way hundreds of millions of gamers train by building a digital training platform that allows each gamer to level up their gaming skills and become a better player.

In this role you will:

  • Create content to help players improve their skills in Valorant.
  • Create well-structured drills and videos.
  • Collaborate with our product team to define and implement innovative training solutions.
  • Identify players’ needs and verbalize gamesense concepts.

Who are we looking for?

  • A high level experienced Valorant coach/content creator with a strong understanding of Valorant,  a creative mind and an out-of-the-box thinker, who can come up with new training methodologies (Mechanics, pro level strategies, game analysis, maps, agents and roles). (MUST)
  • Active Valorant content creator (Youtube Channel, Streams, Written content).
  • Someone with a winner mentality and a drive to produce amazing content and help players all over the world become better Valorant players
  • Familiarity with Content Creation Process (Scripting, Voice Over, Editing, Review)
  • Full time availability
  • Native English level.

Advantage for:

  • A self-starter who has the ability to work both independently and with a team.
  • Experience in using editing tools - Adobe Premiere, Photoshop.
